Service Level Agreements
XChange Service Level Agreements (SLA) offer multiple levels of support including email-only, telephone, 3-day, 24-hour response and more. But we also understand that every customer and every workflow solution is different. That’s why our SLAs can also be defined on a case-by-case basis to meet your exact needs.
SLAs are not limited to just technical support. Depending on the agreement level, they come bundled with other services such as consultation, training and even workflow assessment/audits to create potential for new revenue as you expand your own services.
Training
