Are you using Enfocus SwitchClient to submit, route or replace jobs? Then I would recommend taking a closer look at the new Enfocus Switch 2017 Web Portal.
Not familiar with SwitchClient?
Enfocus Switch Web Portal is available when you have Enfocus Switch Core Engine and SwitchClient Module. It is a tool that you install and it allows you to, for example, submit and/or check jobs in your workflow. You create users with specific permissions and then they can see and/or submit jobs from their workstation.
Since Enfocus Switch 2017, you can decide to either use the Web Portal or the SwitchClient.
The main new feature of the Web Portal in Switch 2017 is the Job Client. You can now submit, route, lock and replace jobs from your browser. No need to install any client-side software.
Ready to give the Switch Web Portal a try?
There are a few things that you will have to do before getting started.
