Spending a lot of time trying to convert Adobe Creative Cloud or Microsoft Office files to PDF? Or are you manually saving your files to low-res? Maybe you need your PDF file as a JPG file… Wouldn’t it be great if you could get this done automatically?
Enfocus Switch could be doing the work to convert Adobe Creative Cloud or Microsoft Office files to PDF automatically for you. Enfocus Switch is compatible with Mac and Windows and with its user friendly “workflow” builder, it will take you less than 30 minutes to create an automation flow that will give you extra time to focus on new prospects.
How does it work?
You need to have the specific applications installed and licensed on the same system that you have Enfocus Switch installed on, and then you create a flow like this.
How does Enfocus Switch know where the files go?
Enfocus Switch reads data from a file, for example, the file type. You can then set up the connection going to the application to only route those files.
You select the file type and click on “Add>” to add them to your list.
Now all of these image file types will go to the Photoshop configurator in Enfocus Switch.
How does Photoshop know what to do with the file?
You will want to configure the Photoshop configurator.
A great advantage is that you can select the standard Adobe Preset that Photoshop should use when saving the file as a PDF file.
The same steps go for any other application. If you would like to use regular expression or a file name pattern to sort your files then that is possible as well.
That is how easy it can be to automatically convert Adobe or Microsoft files to PDF files!
