About Product Updaters
These files help ensure that you are using the most recent version of any given Product. They may add new features to the Product, or provide a fix for unforeseen bugs or conflicts.
Most updaters available from our site are easy-to-use applications. When you run the updater/installer, it should prompt you for the location of the original Product and then perform the update automatically. Always keep a backup copy of your original Product in case something goes wrong during the updating process.
Please note that while the updaters available from our FTP site are freely available, major upgrades may involve a fee, or we may require a proof of purchase (such as a copy of your original invoice) before providing some upgrades. If you don't find the updater you need, please ask our tech support department to assist you.
